Officers

Our NESOT President is William Maxwell. Billy is originally from Tampa, FL, with a background in athletic training. He worked 3 years for Tampa Bay Buccaneers and 9 Years with Cincinnati Reds. He also worked at Tampa General (Level 1 Trauma Center) and All Children’s Hospital in St Petersburg. In addition,  he worked with Children’s Orthopaedic and Scoliosis Surgery Associates in Tampa and St. Petersburg Office. For the past 11 years he has been working at Boston Children’s Hospital and is the Lead Orthopaedic Technician.

Billy has been an OTC since 2011 and  lives in Hull, MA with wife Laura and three children McKel, Jillian, Billy IV.

Our Vice President is Heather Smith. She is an Orthopedic Technologist at Concord Orthopaedics. She earned her Orthopaedic Technologist Certification from NHTI and completed her training at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA. 

Pam Bartlett is our Treasurer, and currently works at Concord Orthopedics . She earned  her Orthopedic Technology Certificate from NHTI in 2010. 

Colleen Galinat  is our transitional Secretary. She earned her Orthopedic Technology Certificate form NHTI in 2018. She currently works at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Manchester, NH. Thank you Colleen for joining our team!
