What is NESOT?
Established in 1983, the New England Society of Orthopaedic Technologists represents members from Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. NESOT is committed to the advancement of the profession of Orthopaedic Technology.
The objectives of the Association are: To unite those technologists dedicated to the promotion of the highest standards in orthopaedic healthcare; To provide for the compilation, study, and exchange of data, ideas, and experience within the field of orthopaedic technology; To formally meet for the advancement of the purposes of the Association; To cooperate lawfully with other professional associations, healthcare facilities, teaching institutions, technical societies, research organizations and governmental agencies in matters pursuant to the purposes of this Association.
NESOT is a recognized regional chapter of the National Association of Orthopaedic Technologists and is open to individuals actively engaged in the practice of orthopaedic technology and those providers of materials, programs, and services related to the delivery of orthopaedic healthcare.
